Our Bronze Turkeys have been raised in the woods, where they benefit from protection and shelter and the ability to graze in the understory, just as they would in the forests of North America where they originate from. We keep them for longer than the conventional farmed turkeys in order for them to develop the intra-muscular fat which improves cooking and flavour on what is one of the most important meals of the year…Christmas dinner!

Our turkeys are hand plucked and hung in the chiller for a week in order to improve flavour. Your turkey will be carefully boxed and will include information on how to prepare and cook the bird, so that the centrepiece of your dinner table is as stress free as possible, allowing you more time with the family.
